Chiyo is able to summon her spawn as her familiar, although the more she summons, the harder they're to control. She is able to take complete control over a single one of them, but if she summons 5 or more, they'll act completly

Swamp of the Magna Mater A

By spreading her hair in any surface, she is able to recreate part of her domain. Her hair will receive a mud-like texture that will devour whatever comes in contact with it, those who get caught will be turned into of her children. That skill isn't efficient in combat, since her hair can't expand too much in that situation, but it is useful to caught slow servants or immobilized targets. Her hair also works as a Worm Hole, if Chiyo surrounds herself or anything within her hair, she can warp whatever is inside to anywhere inside Azathoth's dream.

A Manifestation of Shub-Niggurath's true body, other than it's colossal strength due to her size and weight, the Black Goat of the Woods acts as an antithesis of "Life" as a miracle.

Shub-Niggurath gave birth to countless horrors, crushing them, feasting upon them, just so the cycle can repeat itself. She may be the first life form of the universe.

As the Grandmother of the Great Cthulhu, Shub-Niggurath herself has access to some of it's powers. Since the water is the place that Life came to be, Shub-Niggurath is able to control any body of water, thanks to her Grandson, she can turn any body of water in that waters that surround R'lyeh, being able to withstands very high and very low temperatures, having a darker color as well as bringing insanity to those who drink of it.
